Welcome to Eukri. By downloading, installing, or using the Eukri mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Eukri is a lucid dreaming education and journaling app. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including dream journal entries, notes, and any other text you submit ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its content
4. Educational Content Disclaimer
Eukri provides educational content about lucid dreaming techniques and practices. This content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. If you have a sleep disorder or mental health condition, consult a healthcare professional before practicing lucid dreaming techniques.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve lucid dreams by using the App. Results vary based on individual practice and commitment.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, lessons, illustrations, and branding, is owned by Eukri and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & Updates
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime or changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eukri and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eukri and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
